-  Determine if the guest’s natural hair colour is light, medium or dark
-  Determine if the guest’s natural hair tone is neutral or cool
-  Choose the desired shade
-  Choose the desired formula viscosity based on the preferred application method. Use 10 Volume Colour Catalyst™ Creme Developer or 10 Volume Colour Catalyst™ Liquid Developer
-  Process for five minutes at room temperature
